Course 2 : Wine service



This course is offered to persons interested in wine service including the business wine. The topics covered in this course include how to taste wine, how to identify fault in wine, how to host and present a wine tasting, how to serve wine, list of equipments needed to host a wine tasting, how to open wine in a professional setting, and how to store wine. Once completed, get an opportunity to present and host a wine tasting at the urban winery.
